Anyone made a cheat sheet "Here's How My Neuro Diverges" to hand out?

I don't know.

My family is sometimes still mystified when I withdraw after being exposed to a pile of well-defined triggers, and it's impossible to articulately express myself when my brain's doing an emergency shutdown.

I'd rather just tap the sign. Seems like it would work better for everyone.
