I recently started using the TWSBI pens and LOVE them!!! I have octopus ink in them, and have the thick stub nibs which I am really liking!! Glad the ink arrived!! Hope it works well for you!
I love urban sketching also! I haven’t been as much recently, and yeah the manifesto was a more prominent thing before, and i recall some folks online being more purist/adamant about the “truthful to the scenes we witness” , etc that made it feel a little cringe. I need to get back to more urban sketching though - it is fun!
I’ve tried the kakunos, but they didn’t take…but neither did other pilots that I am now loving with the new ink so maybe I should revisit. I LOVE the happy face nibs on those!😆
