If over 65536 you'll be paid out not matter what eventually.
If under then nothing unless you set up lightning (income) then there will probably be no minimum but tiny amount like 4 sats would probably just keep failing.
If you resume hashing before payout then you'll just resume working toward the higher threshold of 0.01xx (incoming ability to lower this if you want - stay tuned).
