OK, now that I've seen how you're playing that, I'm not going to pretend you're being sincere about trying to get to an honest result in DMs.
By "ineligible voter" I mean, of course, "voters who are alts or whose first apparent account was made in Feb 2024 or later."
I have put all the information one would need to independently verify the vote out there. If someone sincere wants to check this with me, I'm more than happy to help - but I do not believe this to be sincere behavior.
