There are videos on YouTube from there, showing the pale panda mixing in and playing with its red friends, so they don't seem to notice or be bothered by the difference. I don't know much about red panda vision. Maybe it's not even something they notice much. They're big into scent marking, so maybe they care more about what a fellow panda smells like than what it looks like.
