My first goal with these videos is the garner more watch time from an audience than the production time invested to make the video.
That has NOT been the case for every video is recent months, let me tell ya.
The second goal is share my photos with people who will enjoy them. Just like I do here on Mastodon. I find the video format is actually a better experience. I definitely prefer watching a photographer's YouTube on the TV to just flipping through a few pics on IG.
