Today's recipe is my Cabbage Breakfast Hash, which I made again today, but with leftover ham from Easter. It's basically a low carb breakfast hash You can use ham, bacon, turkey bacon, roast beef, etc. I've also enjoyed it with leftover corned beef, and even canned corned beef (not the one with potatoes, the one that comes in a rectangular shaped can).
