Set in Bhutan just as its king has abdicated the throne (2006) and instructed the people to form a democracy. Dire Straits is playing here on radios and James Bond movies are on the TV at the local store where the locals crowd in to watch. A foreign gun collector is here in search of an antique weapon of considerable value.
