How backwards-compatible is that fairly-newly-introduced spec with older releases and LTS before it was standardised?
I don't even have org.freedesktop.appearance in dconf
Even despite installing a full gnome-session in desperation and manually editing the org.gnome.desktop.interface color-scheme dconf setting, no luck
What's worse is chromium has long had --force-dark-mode but now it's ignored instead for the newer standard that I think is only recently implemented, right?
