Looks delicious. I lament how many Japanese restaurants we have around here, and yet how few actual Japanese dishes they tend to serve. Only a single one that I've found even serves oden 😪. It does tend to make me strive to learn to cook more of it for myself. Thanks for sharing ☺️.
