My partner asked me to cook dinner tonight, so I fired up the Instant Pot, cracked open a beer, and made a vaguely Mexican vegan mapo tofu. Maybe my country is going back to hell tonight, but I’m remarkably anxiety-free because I’ve been working the whole day since 5am to avoid the news 🙃 And I still need to finish a QBR deck (that’s Quarterly Business Review, for those who are blissfully unaware) for my 8am meeting tomorrow, yay!
