National's modus operandi: convert as much public wealth into their constituents' private wealth as possible. They right rail against Labour's mindless centralisation. But the alternative Nat'l promotes isn't public, smartly decentralised public institutions, they want to privatise it & serve up (on a platter) public wealth to their major donors, who will tighten their grip on society. End goal: corporate autocracy where society exists for private wealth maximisation.
