It’s primarily an argument for deregulating housing construction. This includes reducing zoning requirements and essentially removing building codes and allowing builder’s reputation and certification to stand in for government-imposed regulations.
He also says property owners should have greater freedom to develop their land, which he thinks would ultimately increase housing supply and reduce the cost of housing.
