Attempting to not directly undermine our technical lead because he’s best case awful at wording at keeps implying that I’m a massive outlier in the ways of working I find useful.

Also because I think he’s running it through the filter of the ways of working he finds most useful, in which I’m pretty sure he’s at least as much an outlier as me, except he seems to generalise this to everyone else.
