I see that perspective. I was think before any such revolutionary transformation in society/governance, maybe some high school graduates should be offered well-monitored entrepreneurship capital.
I think the modern monetary theory states that if taxes are not adequate for service delivery, then the government can print the paper. Maybe this is where bitcoin comes in to avoid hyperinflation.
