I love buckwheat. It’s nutritional, healthy, and tasty by default. It’s also super tactile and juicy when prepared right (I do 1 part buckwheat, 2-3 part water, and boil it until most water evaporates.)
Made myself a bowl and ate it plain with some salt. Tastiest stuff, I missed it. Is it my emigre brain nostalgic for Russian food, or is buckwheat really that good?
