We're actually much closer to success than it looks. I have two donations coming through that will put us at almost 12k.
While the full 25 would be awesome, I might be able to do it with 15k. We'd be completely broke, like no food type broke for the month, but it should be enough to close the deal.
It will require the lender to accept a much smaller down than he wanted, but I'm hopeful.
It'd really, really help the effort if we could get even another 3k.
