My read on AOC backing Biden is she thinks the power players coming out against him are doing so for selfish reasons unrelated to stopping Trump (e.g., Pelosi trying to claw back donor money) and since none of them have a plan, it would only make things worse. Which is reasonable. She also recognizes many high level Democrats are knives out against Harris even though she would be the most obvious path forward. So she doesn't trust any of these motherfuckers and I don't blame her.
