"content": "nostr:npub1xfkwp23vm2g6fcq7gwyvf4g796ej9qur8c828gfvaxr9lpxyxqgq03f3v5 absolutely, modern wave coffee is huge in Australia but didn't really start to become a thing until about the early 2000s I think (I moved to Sydney in 1999.) NZ actually got there first and did/do it better — and in the UK a lot of the early new wave coffee culture was brought in by antipodean immigrants (as opposed to the existing base of pretty bog average Italian style roast/espresso.)",
