Perhaps we should in all things seek quality over quantity. Its strange that whilst starvation malnutrition is a big problem world wide, in some areas excess food malnutrition is a bigger problem, suggesting we have a market failure, rather than a food shortage. Perhaps if we concentrated on quality, the soil would help us repair our planet, and so preserve our species.",
