Well, speaking of a “fault” in case of a technology is irrelevant anyway. A technology has some characteristics, which may be more or less suitable at given conditions. The only people at fault are those who push a specific technology, whose characteristics are not fit for purpose, at any cost, because they just like it. We just had the same fun with Bitcoin and blockchain fanboys over the last decade 😉
