Handmaids Tale update: halfway through season 5. Watching at 1.30x speed as the show fkn crawls with closeups of June’s face. It’s hard to understand how a show that spent two seasons on the edge of your seat rooting for this gal to get away from these assholes, only to spend the subsequent seasons making you despise her. Was this popular? I’m grudge watching at this point, hoping the shitty people finally see justice. One dude got it in such ridiculously impossible fashion. I almost quit then.
