The problem for me is that the houses are valued at about twice what they're actually worth. Within about six months of covid, housing prices doubled or more because of all the Califaggots pouring in. I'm not paying $300k for a house that is only worth $150k because some retard put some vinyl plank down. Which is another point—these house-flipping cocksuckers need to be lined up and shot. They're taking all the starter homes away from young people and jacking up the price, and most of them do a piss poor job anyway.
