Soaked mustard seeds (4:1 black to white) in warm water) and stone ground to paste for soshe. Added water and strained through - then blended a bit too. The straining is a bit of a pain but if you don't take out the skins it gets very bitter.
I do add a bit of Colman's mustard powder to the strained paste. And a bit of Dijon [grey poupon] too
