Question for the #gamedev #writing community. Have you ever made a game where the player is on the side on the bad guys? The examples might be GTA, or Tie Fighter. How does a game like that walk the line between, this is fun role play, and this is evil voyeurism?
I think as game devs we bear some responsibility for how we frame the "bad things" our players do, but on the other hand we are building fantasy and fantasy has different morals than real life. Where is the line there?
