Yeah, a personal relay would be a great way to do that, you'd just have to be careful not to publish to any other relay, and/or add `-` tags to encourage relays not to replicate your content. This also makes it more technically challenging to implement the outbox model, since it increases the number of long tail relays that are valuable. Although maybe we need to just bite the bullet and figure out how to deal with that.
