Even from the San Francisco Forbidden City there is hardly any footage other than Noel Toy (of Sebastopol, Calif) and her fan dance. Forbidden City was held in high regard - many of the usual famous faces from 1940s L.A. used to enjoy hanging out there. Tokyo also had wild clubs up thru the Korean Conflict w/ a mix of American+Japanese bands.
