So now that the bread making trend seems to be mostly over, I gave it a try. Googled for "simplest bread to make without yeast" (because I didn't have yeast) and came across a recipe for "beer bread" which was perfect (because of course I had beer).

Turned out pretty good and was quick and easy to make. I see myself making this more often.
