NGL, I really hate the "maybe try to reframe it as …" committee. Like I regularly see two therapists so the toxic positivity from an amateur psychologist route is not helpful to me. In fact it's actively harmful because oh of course I'm ALSO too broken to just reframe my way out of it like a normal Fucking person. Just think positive!
