Nobody has done real-time constant location doxing.

You can get com.mendhak.gpslogger to email or FTP or HTTP PUT(?) the file at set intervals (which could be quite short and then you'd have a script on a server to do things).

gpslogger also support sms location sending, although I'm not sure how that works.

It would be good if it was feasible to run gpsd on Android and then do whatever you want self-contined, but of course not.
