There's a parallel with the #PostOffice #Horizon scandal.
From the early days of that scandal it was apparent to me that so many paymasters being guilty of fraud was questionable.
Anyone could and should have seen that and asked why this was happening.
The question in such situations is why those people became complicit in an unreasonable process of persecution rather than finding ways to challenge it, and discover what was really going on.
We need to fix that.
