Back to normal—at least as normal as it gets around here. Nice to hear Buddy snoring in his dog bed behind my desk chair, the sound of No. 3 son ripping the Velcro tabs of No. 2 son adult “incontinence brief” to change it and the low hum of the refrigerator when I’m in the kitchen pouring my third cuppa Joe in this hour. Hey, bonus thought: turns out that when I perk the coffee it doesn’t need to be exactly 7 minutes like I’ve been doing. 14 minutes still was fine. I’d been distracted. 😄
