You could just create a new npub. The problem in general social media is you attach an account to an email, so you can't iae the same when banned.
Anyway without creating new npub, every relay should block your notes. You could create your relay and people that wants to read you will connect to it.
In the end you still have much more otpion to still be seen, and it's much more difficult to "shut you down".
