i have had issues with my bones too over the years and one treatment i know that helps is boron, about 1 oz of sodium borate per gallon of water, about an fluid ounce of that a day is pretty much about right, you can go a little higher
when you don't have enough boron your kidneys eliminate magnesium and calcium and this can cause chronic deficiencies that lead to soft bones (osteoporosis) nervous conditions and a whole range of other things
