Update: Should have taken my own advice. Instead, after a quick trip to the compost bin, I washed the dishes indoors, planning to go out in the garden later.

But the excellent air quality only lasted an hour; now, the particulate count is creeping back up again. 😩

Edit: And not just particulates. Went to close the last open window, and there is definitely a smoke stank out there again. Windows closed, air purifier cranked, guess I'll work on my knitting again today.
