The ugly of npm? Well, you spot one package you need, but it is 8 years ago it was updated. You need a modern version of that package which uses the modern module syntax (aka esm) and not require (aka commonjs). So you build your own modern version of that NPM package, use it once, then let it rot again for 8 years and repeat :D #javascript
