Part of these changes means scaling back the work we are doing on Mozilla.Social. So what does that mean for the people using our instance now? Our intent is that our internal changes do not impact your day-to-day use of Mozilla.Social. We will continue to maintain our Mastodon instance and build tools that can be used by the Fediverse more broadly. Our belief in the power of decentralized social efforts is not wavering; we are just strategically investing in that work differently.
