So my manager contacted me about scheduling a “wellness day” (a free day of PTO) because those expire at the end of the year/this month. I responded “how about the 23rd?” She then asked “December?” Is it stupid of me to think I shouldn’t have had to specify the month, since it was already established it needed to be used by the end of the year? Or am I really mistaken and it’s still early November right now or something?
