"content": "I wonder if president Putin simply wanted an easy way to get rid old equipment, manufacture support in Russia, and have an excuse to increase the military budget, when that long line of tanks were assembled going towards Ukraine?\n\nFrom what I have seen in the media, it appears he is callous enough to allow his soldiers to be slaughtered.",
