Sorry for all the fasting spam. Been helpful for me to stay focussed and to track though.
I am in such a deep ketotic state now the idea of eating is just that; an idea. No part of my physical body feels hungry in any way.
But i have decided to finish the 4th day and then break the fast early cause i have to do 10 jumps tomorrow for work and not sure how that would go, and whether id end up needing to break early out of necessity and then would be suboptimal for work.
So it’ll be 4 days/96h this time around.
