This motion to strike in the Pizza Pack #ScheduleA case (the one where they're suing like a thousand people for design patent infringement) seems pretty extraordinary, not only in tone but also in strategy:

The whole "look at all the things this pro se defendant did WRONG" is very off-putting.

And it seems like filing this would only highlight the defendant's submissions.
