I’ve heard about this for a long time now, and I definitely need to test out some good blue-blocker glasses. I love watching TV at night—it’s my only time to relax once the kids are asleep. We always use warm lights at home; it’s a better ambiance, and I can’t stand white light. My eyes are super sensitive to it.
I’m curious if blue-blocker glasses will make a difference for me. If anyone has a good brand they love, let me know!
