I saw this happen since dec of 2016. I was more in tune with many spiritual leaders, organizations, programs, etc. However, the since the summer, i felt my energies going down. It is true that what we read, and hear, can change our energy. I have avoided some news and politics here. I want to concentrate on self care to connect and stay in the light. I always call in the light, morning and night yet it sometimes breaks.
