Idunno. Here at least for electrical work you aren't allowed to do it unless you are certified. And you only get certified if you do it correctly. To an extent that is too strict because like... I'm allowed to build something but I'm not allowed to measure and certify it as correct.. Because I need to ascend to another certificate stage first..
