I get that a lot of people here dislike bluntness, and equate it with rudeness or arrogance. But they aren't the same thing, and again, trying to completely change the way I express myself seems to accommodate the possibility of being misinterpreted or thought badly of seems like not only a bad use of my time, but doomed to failure.
