I would think different, she’s smarter.

Usually a prostitute risk herself on many clients, she may be dealing with just one.

Then, if she is indeed a “gold digger”, one can argue that she is helping the old, fat, rich, ugly guy as he would not be able to enjoy such a girlfriend otherwise.

Also, it’s evident that both are adults and possibly engaged in what could be a mutual beneficial relationship, money based or otherwise.

I can’t see anyone being hurt, so I guess it is also an honest deal.

Finally, they both look happy (I bet the guy love her curves and energy, and she the pampering and benefits).

Ps. The picture is a meme, so it may be taken out of context. They may be posing for a picture for some other reason, and not even be in a relationship.
