This is a YouTube short called Why You Can't Find a Job, and it's a quick rundown of what happens to your resume when it's digitally turned in to a company. I don't know a lot about hiring practices but his tips on how to tweak your resume to make sure it doesn't get filtered out (he explains all this) seem very useful. I didn't realize this was a process that companies used (might explain why so many folks never get contacted?).
