Louisiana's governor Jeff Landry (R) has decided to waste the court's time with some religious nonsense. It's clearly a stunt since this sort of thing has been struck down so many times before. See Stone v. Graham in Kentucky for _this exact same thing_.
There should be a SLAPP law equivalent for this sort of thing, wasting people's and the court's time.
