"content": "nostr:npub1e7pgpzu8fk24p3p0ljsdaj3zn9ev44k2lhjcmx5m5rlce5pfgyas4nnvup I did an initial QEEG scan and than had a good dozen neuro-feedback sessions. The initial brainscan, respectively the doctor’s reading, of it, was insightful into how my brain is supposedly working and helping to choose the right meds. I’m really happy with the meds (for adhd and anxiety) but I doubt that the neuro-feedback did help much…",
