Two bits of useless trivia:
1) The L did not refer to the shape of the screen, but rather it was the first of a planned series for left-handed folk. Poor sales led to the abandonment of the entire line.
2) In development the codename for the left-hand project was "sinister", which in hindsight was probably not the best choice.
It's a shame you don't have the keyboard that came with it with the reversed layout.
